Consideraciones,

I have a 'Generation 6 iPod Classic' that forces me to keep a Windoze
installation available with iTunes installed because that's the only
way I can use it. I think most, if not all, of the prior models worked
fine under Linux but 'Generation 6' and later have encrypted firmware,
making one's iTunes maintained Library inaccessible except from iTunes.
I could be wrong about other models, though, so you'll want to research
and confirm the case with your specific model and serial number.

Carl
