Sí, estoy de acuerdo, aquello es lo que parece.  Si te fui, probaría el
apoyo de HP *fora - pienso que eres más probablemente para conocer personas con problemas
y hardware similar.

Yes, I agree, that's what it looks like.  If I were you, I would try the
HP support fora - I think you're more likely to meet people with
similar hardware and problems.
