Con el *todays actualizar el problema fue solucionado.
*Downgrade Y cambio de *packager


*libfam0-*gamin  0.1.10-16.1 -> 0.1.10-10.1            
*http://*packman.Vínculos2*linux.*de -> *obs://Complexión.*opensuse.*org/*KDE

With the todays update the problem was solved.
Downgrade and change of packager


libfam0-gamin  0.1.10-16.1 -> 0.1.10-10.1
