Hace aquello significa absolutamente NINGÚN *plugins o *Addons nada?

*Silverlight

Does that mean absolutely NO plugins or Addons at all?

Plugins are a type of add-on. Plugins are things like:
Java (which has nothing to do with JavaScript. Javascript will continue to work.)
Silverlight
QuickTime
Windows Media Player

Another type of add-on is extensions (adblock, Video DownloadHelper, NoScript, Firebug, Ghostery, etc.). Those are not plugins.

The only plugin that will still be supported is Adobe Flash.

If you go to Tools-->Add-ons, in the add-ons manager, there are tabs along the left side. Only items in the Plugins tab are being dropped.
